Startup Turnkey

We understand customers’ concerns such as IP infringement and risk management for strategic components/materials as well as a new designer’s anxiety in understanding the manufacturing processes. Therefore, we developed custom service programs to address these challenges. To embrace the new phenomenon of hardware startups, we developed a startup turnkey program to help startups optimize designs and accelerate the launching process.

Electrical Engineering

Injection Molding

We make a broad variety of plastic parts and injection molds from enclosures, frames, diffusion lenses, keys and buttons. Polymer materials processing can include ABS, PC, PMMA, TPR, PBT, PA and PP. Our in-house tooling shop enables quick turnaround and a seamless transition and the state-of-the-art Double Shot Injection Molding and IMR process also delivers unique value to customer design that has unparalleled aesthetics and anti-piracy features.

Metal Stamping

WPG’s precision metal stamping is comprised of material selection, simulation analysis, mechanical design, prototyping, tool developing and production. Well Group’s deep knowledge and experience in metal fabrication has helped many high-tech customers in solving problems in conductivity, RF shielding, precision fitting and other custom application areas.

Laser Cutting

Our state-of-the-art laser cutting & NCT service provides metal fabrication from prototype through production, from concept to completion. We can handle all aspects of sheet metal fabrication. Strict quality control at every step means a finished products that your can depend on.

Precision Machining

Different from industrial competitors, WPG’s precision machining capabilities are adapted to a wide range of materials and provide quick turnaround and volume scalability. Our committed investment to top-notch machinery and measurement instruments, made in Germany and Japan, enables us to supply tools and parts to manufacture some of most well known technology products in the world. Our equipment list includes DMG 5-axis vertical turning, HAWEMAT tool grinders, Okuma CNC lathes, ANCA tool grinders and Helitronic tool grinders. Machining provides small quantities requires accurate form, fit and function. It’s great for prototypes, functional tests, jigs and fixtures.

PCB Assembly

The printed circuit board assembly line is state of the art. It also contains surface-mount technology with Panasonic MV IIC camera, N2 reflow to reduce oxidation, Ball Grid Array X-ray tester for increased precision defect checking, and an Automated Optical Inspection tester for defect checks.
